The buy 2, get 1 free offer is based on a shared-room basis for the tour.
This means that if 3 people share one hotel room while on tour, the 3rd person will be free for the tour.
Each room on tour is equipped with 2 standard/full sized beds.
Please make your reservation online in the orange "easy book" section or the tour webpage. Please select 1 room with 3 people in the room, and the online system will automatically adjust for the free person for the tour.

Yes, this tour is still currently available for departure on April 7th or 8th for 4 people.
The hotel extension we suggest for this tour, depends on if you are wanting a hotel before or after your tour.
If before your tour, we suggest the same hotels used for the first day of the tour:

You should be able to view a list of all LA pickups in the "Easy Book" section, under the "Hotel/Pickup location" portion of the booking process.

Depending on your tour departure date, the price is subject to change. Saturday tour departure dates are higher than Sunday and Wednesday departures. When you input the information into the Easy Book section, the tour price quote automatically includes the buy 2 get 1 free offer.
